the order will be Delivered to the customer within 3 to 5 working days (not including official holidays)

In the case of returning or exchanging the product, only shipping costs will be paid + the price difference in the case of exchange

If the item you have received is defective, you may return it within 30 days from receiving it and will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.

Return The Item

Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels
or freebies. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

Refund Processed

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via Purchase voucher or Exchange
